4 ZOOM sessions, 75 minutes each, max. 8 people

Each session will be geared to those who attend and what is specifically happening for them as mothers so that the strategies and scripts are targeted and not generalized information.

Safe and secure. You may keep your identify hidden if you so choose. You can also not attend the ZOOM sessions since everyone will be receiving an audio copy afterwards.
