What is Plan C?

What is Plan C?

Plan C is about learning who you are and using those discoveries to empower the person you want to become.

Plan C is for deep seekers. People who are dedicated to self-improvement on a profound, personal level.

Plan C is a guide to emotional intelligence. Therapy and coaching might help people identify the behaviors they want to change, but Plan C focuses on the “why” and “what to do” that isn’t covered in therapy or coaching.

Plan C is about understanding that it’s not what happens to you that matters - it’s how you handle it. Our journey together will lead to you growing from emotionally intelligent to emotionally brilliant.

Everybody has a Plan A.

Most people have a Plan B.

But what happens when those plans don’t get you where you need to go?

What happens when therapy and life coaching don’t connect you to your goals enough to empower you to conquer your anxiety, sadness, and stress?

That’s when it’s time for Plan C.

How you react to your primal brain messages to fight, flight or freeze are the first steps toward building emotional intelligence.

Developmental Stages of Life

We understand that all kids have stages they go through. But adulthood, each age has its own characteristics that can help to untie some of the bigger questions that arise in life: who am I? what I am doing with my life? how do I handle it all…now? Learn how your age and stage of development impacts your emotional intelligence.

Thematic vs Situational Problem Solving

The stressors one faces in life are commonly known as “Problems”. We tend to approach every problem as it if requires its own solution and answer and we spend hours trying to figure out what to do.

But there is another way: thematic problem-solving. Plan C Strategies is understanding that every problem has one consistent element: YOU. Learn what you can do so that you know how to understand and handle what’s happening. That way, each time you experience a “problem”, you know how to handle it brilliantly.

Gifts vs Deals

A key awareness is knowing when there are strings attached in what you are doing and what others are doing to be able to stop Cyclical Agreements, e.g. “They said they would do this for me because I asked (again) it gets done for a while and then it stops being done until there is a need to have ANOTHER CONVERSATION".
